Type of exhibitor

FIBES has three exhibition halls of the same size, measuring 7,200 m2, 120m long x 60m wide x 12m high each.

The entire space is on the same level, without pillars, with Wi-Fi access, and service chests every 8 linear metres – providing electricity, water, ISDN lines, telephone lines, cable Internet connection, etc.

These services make it possible to use the halls for any purpose and for any type of event.

Modular stand

  • Rental of exhibition space and carpet.
  • Construction of a modular stand in white melamine around the perimeter, with 2.70m boards.
  • Daily cleaning of the stand.
  • Compulsory insurance (civil liability and multi-risk).
  • Standard signage for one side of the stand.
  • Single-phase switchboard/connection. 5.500W/220V. Electricity consumption of this switchboard and a socket.
  • B2B meetings.
  • Invitations and exhibitor pass.
  • Registration to the congress.

  • Space rental.
  • Invitations according to contracted metres.
